Inchiquin House is ideally suited for exclusive bookings for groups of
up to 10.
The rates are in Euros and are for 7 night stays. The normal weekly rental
period is from Saturday to Saturday; however, we will endeavor to accommodate
all alternative arrangements. We also cater for weekend 3 day
stays and Bank Holiday 4 Day stays as well as calendar holidays.

Payment Methods:
We accept international bank transfers. Please note that in the IBAN & BIC/SWIFT codes letters are underlined for clarity purposes. The booking payment must be received within seven working days of the initial booking confirmation by our bank, otherwise the booking will be deemed cancelled.
Self Catering Booking Conditions
We take 50 % of the rental fee within 10 working days after the booking is taken as a booking deposit and the balance 60 days before the arrival date. These amounts are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation, however they will go towards the deposit of a future booking. In such an event please ensure that you have travel insurance.
A refundable security deposit of a € 1000 for weekly and €500 for weekend stays should be paid in advance through bank transfer with the second booking payment. It will be returned in full within seven working days after your stay pending any damages or breakages.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your booking please contact us immediately and confirm your cancellation in writing (e-mail). The 50% initial booking deposit of your stay is non-refundable but will go towards a future booking. The remaining 50% paid 60 days in advance of your stay is non-refundable.
Arrival & Departure Times
Weekly rental Check-in is from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Weekend rental check-in is 12.00 p.m. on the day of arrival check-out 18.00 of day of departure.
Resident Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Resident during rental period:
- The Resident is responsible for the condition of the property and of the furniture and equipment therein.
- The House should be returned to the state of cleanliness found on arrival, and when not will incur a cleaning cost of € 250 which will be taken off the security deposit.
- The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the booking form unless approval is obtained.
- Smoking is strongly discouraged in the house.
- The Owner is not liable to the Resident for the loss or damage of any belongings.
- We welcome dogs and we have an outside wooden pet house with door,
however, we discourage pets inside the house due to the nature of damaging
period furniture and soiling carpets and floors.
Utilities
- All bed linen and towels are provided
- Firewood logs are supplied free of charge
- Between October and March we charge a flat fee of € 10 per day of your stay to allow for oil and electricity
- Satellite TV is supplied free of charge
- Internet is supplied free of charge
Owner’s Liability
The Owners and their employees or agents are not liable and cannot accept
responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by any person or
persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental
agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the Owners, their
employees or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the
implied terms contained in the Sales of Goods and Supply of Services Act1980
is subject to the provision of Section 40 of the said Act. In the event
of breach of contract on the part of the Owners, their employees or agents,
any loss and/or damage, including consequential loss sustained by the hirer
shall be limited to the sum paid by the Hirer to the Owners.
